If you have a complaint, you can initially inform your physiotherapist. The employees of Fysio Quality are BIG registered and are members of the KNGF complaints scheme as members of the professional organization KNGF. When submitting a complaint to the Complaints Committee, the chairman will assess whether your complaint qualifies for mediation. You can find more information about this on www.fysiotherapie.nl
